Claiming a Record
Our records are as accurate as possible based on current information but may be updated in the future as new claims are verified. The Committee will determine when records are considered final and officially approved.
To qualify for a record, you must be an ANW member and the event you competed in must meet the following criteria: you must have represented ANW, competed in ANW uniform, and participated in an AV/AA sanctioned competition while being a member of ANW. Electronic timing will take precedence where available. Age group records are based on your age as of the competition date, not the age group you competed in. Results from schools/little athletics will not be accepted as a claim for ANW records.
For Junior athletes, we will automatically consider your record for older age groups if applicable.
We also aim to maintain a record of past record holders to ensure the history of our achievements is preserved.

If you believe you’ve surpassed any of the existing records, please follow the claims ratification process:

Submit your claim. Complete and submit the form below, including any supporting evidence.

Copy the submitted form and email it to the club at athleticsnunawading@googlegroups.com

Committee reviews the claim. Please be patient while we work to confirm your record claim. Your claim should appear on the website as ‘waiting for ratification' within a few days. If it isn’t please contact the Committee.
